We act as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers, including hotels, airlines, and tour operators. All bookings are subject to availability and supplier terms.
2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment, as specified at the time of reservation.
Prices are subject to change until payment is completed.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health requirements.
4. Liability
SAFIRA 2004 S.R.L is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Any changes or cancellations are subject to supplier rules and may incur additional fees.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania.
