Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued by SAFIRA 2004 S.R.L.

1. General Refund Conditions

Refund eligibility depends on the specific travel service booked (package holiday, hotel, transportation, or other services) and the terms imposed by the service providers.

2. Cancellation by the Client

  • Cancellations made well in advance of the travel date may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on supplier policies.

  • Cancellations made close to the departure date may result in partial refunds or no refund.

  • Administrative or service fees may be non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by the Agency or Supplier

If a travel service is canceled by SAFIRA 2004 S.R.L or a third-party supplier due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative service of equal value, subject to availability.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and financial institutions involved.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain promotional offers, last-minute deals, or special packages may be non-refundable. These conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
